great concept. I like how you just colored the heart and left everything else in grayscale. the hole on her chest is, IMO, the best thing ine the painting. It adds a creepy feeling. The mouth removal is a great idea. I like this piece a lot. +9

Another of your creepy works I love it, and I like the idea of the heart to be the only 'coloured' part of this work ! Her hair is so nice. However, I find this one somehow a bit 'flat' : you should have add shadows of her body cast on the background (kinda operation table?). +6/8
